Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate our clients' needs. To respect our team's time and ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:
🔹 Cancellations & Rescheduling
24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules.
Any cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
🔹 No-Show Policy
If our team arrives at the property and is unable to complete the shoot due to lack of access or readiness, a $75 no-show fee may apply.
🔹 Weather Delays
We monitor weather conditions and will proactively reschedule at no charge if inclement weather impacts the shoot quality (especially for drone and exterior photos).
